Shipping Coverage

We currently provide shipping services within Malaysia only. We do not offer international shipping under any circumstances.

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Malaysia will not be processed and may be cancelled at Our discretion.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all Orders within Malaysia. There are no additional delivery charges regardless of order size, quantity, or location within our serviceable areas.

Processing Time

All Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation of payment. Processing includes order verification, packing, and preparation for dispatch.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Any Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is within 7 working days from the date of Order confirmation and successful payment.

No Express or Overnight Shipping

We do not provide express, same-day, or overnight delivery services.

All Orders will follow our standard shipping timeline of up to 7 working days. By placing an Order, You acknowledge and accept this delivery timeframe.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once Your Order has been shipped, You may receive a shipping confirmation notification. Tracking availability depends on the courier service used.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the Order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

It is Your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delivery failures due to:
